Return & Refund Policy – TootBox 

At TootBox, we take great care in crafting and packaging our products. Because many of our items are handmade or customized, we offer a 3-day return window for reporting any issues.


📦 3-Day Return Policy

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery to request a return or report an issue.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

  • The issue must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order


📩 How to Start a Return

Email us at tootboxbh@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if necessary.
If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days — we’ll make it right.


🔁 Exchanges

To exchange an item, follow the return steps first. Once approved, place a new order for the replacement item.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalized or made-to-order items

  • Opened or used items

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Perishable goods or personal care products


🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Right to Cancel

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of the result.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
