At TootBox, each order is packed with care and creativity. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how and when you’ll receive your handcrafted items.


📦 Order Processing Times

  • Local orders are processed within [2–5 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • GCC orders are processed within [3–7 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays). 
  • Customized or made-to-order items may require additional time, depending on complexity & orders on queue.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another with tracking information once it’s shipped.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We currently offer local delivery within Bahrain & GCC COUNTRIES with standard shipping via local couriers.

  • Delivery fees (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your location.


🌍 International Shipping


  • International orders can be arranged. Pls contact us by WhatsApp +97337490077 to place your order

 

  • International shipping charges will be calculated manually with courier company.

 

  • At the moment, we do not offer international shipping through the website.

 

  • If you’re located outside Bahrain and would like to order, please contact us directly at tootboxbh@gmail.com or via WhatsApp +97337490077— we’ll try our best to accommodate you.


📍 Delivery Time Estimates (Local)

  • Manama & nearby areas in Bahrain: 2–5 business days after processing

  • GCC region: 3–7 business days after processing

  • Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.


❗ Delays & Issues

  • Once your package is in the courier’s hands, delivery times may be affected by holidays, weather, or other unforeseen issues.

  • If your package is delayed or missing, please contact us with your order number and tracking info.


🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 3 calendar days at tootboxbh@gmail.com so we can make it right. Photos may be required.


📫 Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.

  • TootBox is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
